- Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month, with the exception of August.
- The Annual Parish meeting and the Annual Parish Council meeting are held in May.
- All meetings are held in the Harrold Centre at 7:30 p.m. unless stated otherwise.
- A public forum is held at the beginning of every meeting where anyone can address the council until 7:45 p.m.
